1993 T4 Camper van, Berth, with forward facing (3 point) seat belts.
This is Reimo Pop up Camper Van and NOT home made DIY conversion, I've owned this van since 2015, have used it regularly,and am going to be very sorry to see someone else driving it away, it's never once let me down, (my Son is VW light commercial technician and if the vans needed anything, its had it.)
MOT'd until 24th Oct 2019, it starts and drives as it should.
The arches are scruffy but I've got brand new arch covers that stick straight onto them, I've not fitted them as thought buyer would rather see it how it is and not the disguised version, it'll also go with the old wheel trims that took off to replace them with the original hub covers.
The Rock and Roll bed is on rails so you can easily slide the bench seat forward, backward, or remove completely, it also has 2 three point seat belts, (required by law for child seats) and also an additional bench with the same belt arrangement, so it can be six seater micro bus as well as camper van.  (with further two rear facing seats.)
It has sink and tap (from a cold water tank), and two ring gas cooker, lots of cupboards, and both the front seats are captain seats that spin round 360degrees.
Drop the Rock and Roll bed down for double bed, put the Pop up roof up for another double bed, but don't be fooled into thinking that's just for small children, My 28 year old son has slept up there on many occasions, as have I, and I'm 62, having said that, it is ideal to put the little'uns up there, put the chairs in the awning, and crack open cold one.
It also has fridge and central heating system, both supplied by either gas, 12v or 240v, but i've never once had either of them working, don't know if i've been doing something wrong or if they have fault, but i've not needed either so just havn't bothered to investigate further. 
There is an almost new, in very good condition, drive away awning, plus .... fire extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide detector, and Pioneer radio/CD/Bluetooth sound system, tow bar and electric 240V hook up.
Underneath is pretty clean and it has new full exhaust system recently fitted.
Both Cam Belts (Timing and Fuel pump) have been replaced, the water pump was also replaced during the same time, (11,493 miles, December 2017. )
It's 26 years old so has age related marks, come and have look, I'm between Taunton in Somerset (J25, M5) and Williton on the A358 (check your map.)
Priced at £5,500, it's ready for fishing, camping, festivals, or just generally....... the Summer.
