1988 VW T25 Campervan, Right Hand Drive High top with windows, 87000 miles. The engine is 1.6 Diesel (non turbo) water cooled unit, with speed gearbox. I am selling this Vw camper on behalf of my father as he can no longer use it as he finds it difficult to get in and out of due to his age of 87, he has owned the van for the past 10 years and loves it but unfortunately it time to let it go. Mechanically its very good and runs well, My dad has loads of receipts and bills of work that has been done over the years and loads of old mots etc.  It does require quite bit of welding for the MOT and various body panels need replacing He does have the brand new replacement panels which will be included in the sale.The bodywork needs bit of attention obviously due to the age of the van but most of the paintwork would clean up like new with bit of work, It has 240v fitted with a fridge, cooker and sink, the fridge runs on 12v,gas or 240v.It has loads of cupboards for storage. This camper could be fantastic with bit of work and love, they are still very popular and sought after so this would make an ideal project for someone who loves VW,s.I have taken photos of the worst areas of rust which need to be repaired (please see photos).The van is at my parents house in Westbourne West Sussex, If you would like to view the van before bidding please contact me to arrange this.
