Due to change in my health With great regret up for sale is my 1983 VW T25 2.0 air cooled camper it is not easy to let this van go so won't let it go for just any price 
I first purchased this van as project that needed alot of work in my ownership it has had alot of work to get it to where it sits today have loads of paperwork for parts have purchased and work that has been carried out.
To give example of the work carried out:
Both rear arches cut out and brand new panels welded in Lower half of the slide door cut and welded with brand new panels Windscreen removed and rust cut out and welded and brand new sealWheels were acid dipped and powder coatedBrand new tyresHoles were cut out and welded with new metalRear windows were rotten so all rotted metal cut out and steel panels welded in Full respray New pedal box with brand new clutch master cylinder Brand new front brake calipers and hoses and padsSolar charging system Split charge system RGB interior lightsPuddle lights under bed New foam for bed all retrimmed in brand new fabric None water logging insulation too keep it warm Interior ply lined and covered in grey mega van mats carpet Gas cooker and grill have been stripped and rebuiltCool box powered off leisure batteryLowering springs Empi exhaust Both carbs fully stripped cleaned and rebuilt Engine was tuned by bhperformance New light clusters New bumpers

The van drives absolutely lovely the gears all engage smoothly and it doesn't feel underpowered in modern traffic, don't have any history for the engine as the previous keeper did not give me any, all have is the work have carried out to it. Saying that it runs smooth with great sound and hasn't been problem for me after bhperformance set it up properly for me with rolling road tune
The milage on the van is incorrect as believe it has had the clocks changed as when it came to me the Speedo cable had snapped and the previous owner mentioned he thought it was the clocks at fault 
There isn't any power steering however once your moving the steering effort required is minimal 
The brakes all work lovely as it's had brand new front calipers disks hoses and pads 

I absolutely love this van and have taken it to  shows and loved every minute however the ownership of classic vehicle means maintenance and with my current health can not give the van the love it truly deserves sure many happy memories will be spent in this van and hope it's new owners will enjoy it as much as have if not more

As for the price this is my pride any joy many hours of hard work have gone in to it and really don't want to sell it however I'm forced to.   listen to reasonable offers but please take in to consideration what has been said before making one If your interested in the van I'll be more than happy to answer any questions and give what ever info you require
