Excellent condition, layout and designed small family Motorhome/campervan.
7' of head room, it has hot running water, shower, flushing toilet, seatbelts, very large, very comfortable bed, plus smaller childs or toddlers bed with safety rails, (5'7" approx) so they can sleep and even sit and play in warm safe snugly environment, while you get on with sorting out the paddle board/ kite surf tangles/ surfboard waxing. And while your partner can be left to their own space in the galley kitchen.
This van was registered 31st December 1995. the van was to the same specification as the Everest Double glazing vans at the time, and these had roof conversion approved by VW, as this one had.
The Van was then converted from new by Campervan conversion company to the specification of the coupe that bought it, they had spent lot of time around yachts, so specified the water system, heating system, etc etc to use marine parts as they were superior to those used in caravans.
This van has pressurised water system, so the water from the sink tap or toilet mixer shower tap is not just dribble 
The hot water is provided by small immersion heater under one of the seats. Water is heated either by driving.(Drive more than few miles to the beach and you will have enough hot water for the whole day at the beach.) or by plugging the van into the mains once back at your site.
This Van is in excellent clean condition inside with everything you would want for week away with the family, or months tour of Europe.
All appliances tested and the van has gas certificate.
I have all the original paperwork, service history, specifications and handbooks for the fittings etc.
I bought this van years ago. since then have had everything possible done to the van to make it perfect.
When bought the van it had rust around the windows added to the van to convert it in 1995. had these all professionally restored, full cutout and replaced with steel, not filler! have photos and receipts and contacts of the bodywork specialist for proof.
Mechanically have had, full cam-belt and pump service, new clutch and gearbox complete service (there was slight noise, turned out to be nothing to do with the gears or clutch, but had everything done anyway.
All of the wheels have been refurbished and it has new tyres all round.
I had the old Alpine stereo replaced with new DAB CD Bluetooth unit. the van already has Alpine and Kenwood speakers and sub under on od the seats. You can have rave on beach with this van, or just great surround sound for the film on you iPad etc.,
I bought and spent fortune on this van because knew the van and the original owners. like spending time by the sea and this van can comfortably carry bikes on the back plus kayak, surfboard paddle-board etc.
I am now only selling it because have had complete change of circumstances and now live next to the sea so don't see me getting the use had planned for out of it.
