Welcome to the auction for our Vanroyce 470 EKL (End Kitchen and shaped lounge) caravan.2 berth and full size Dorema awning.
Finished using it on Saturday 17th August due to buying newer one off friend so not had time to clean it for the photo`s yet.
Caravan was built in 1998.  Vanroyce caravans were built to last and are very rare.  There is quite following of Vanroyce caravans.  It's stability inspires confidence even in windy weather or particularly when overtaking or being passed by LGV's and has never ever got wobble on while we have had it and thats around 10 years and every single thing on the caravan works.
Motor mover, Very easy to move and in perfect working order. This was also serviced last June 2018 only requiring new rollers that where fitted.
The interior is in very good condition.  The fitted carpet is all original and in excellent condition.  Everything works as it should.  It has an on board water tank which holds 60lts. The blown air central heating warms the space in minutes whether using gas or electric.  The cooking area has ring burner Oven and grill which has not been used very much, but cooks full roast as any normal oven would at home. The cooking and washing up area is well lit and there is an extractor fan over the four ring gas hob.  The built in full size fridge with freezer compartment works on electric or gas. Storage space inside and out is immense.  The wardrobe is lit when the doors are opened. glass fronted cabinet above the top also lights up when the doors are opened. There is ample drawer space for cutlery and clothing.  Bedding can be stored in the large drawers under the seats. The seated area can be converted into double bed or two singles.  table which is collapsible can seat up to four people and when not in use can be securely stored in the wardrobe.  The built in radio/CD is fed through stereo speakers built into the front lockers.     The status ariel works perfectly so scanning for chanels is very easy if you wish to use tv.            There is separate shower cubical in the toilet area which again works extremely well.  The Thetford flushing toiler and wash hand basin is all in very good clean and working condition. Outside the caravan will come with full size Dorema awning.  This is only couple of years old and is in excellent condition.  It takes short time to put up. These items are in excellent condition too.A leisure battery and caravan step are also included.  The spare wheel and jacking equipment is all present. 
There are sets of keys.  A Fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, intruder alarm motion sensor is fitted and the caravan is CRIS Registered.                  All paperwork and instructions for all of the appliances are included in the sale:                         Full Dorema awning, Leisure battery Hook up cable Calor gas bottles Step Leg winder Water butt.Lost vanroyce wheel trim last month but that is easily replaced.
Few age related marks after 20 years but nothing to detract from what it isWas leaky air vent that was replaced about years ago and still water tight as is the whole caravan.
