Its berth
It's got 65ltr on board fresh water tank water heater proving hot water for washing up or showering in the shower room which also has cassette toilet drop down sink.
The heat in the living area is provided by trumatic heater with the option of blown air it runs off gas or ehu.
The kitchen as you can see has full size gas oven way fridge with small freezer compartment.
The seating area comprises of long bench seat across from that theres large seat dinette which can also be set as long bench seat. There are table options, to fit on side diner or central table catering for all the seats.  There is only rear seatbelt as theres only forward facing seat in the rear.   The seats fold out into huge bed which will happily sleep adults on it's own.

Theres storage above along both sides above the kitchen at the rear some storage under the seats also.
Outside theres bike rack ladder to the rear, tow bar aswell as fiama awning rail. Theres gas bottle store for 2x 6.5kg bottles (1 full bottle almost empty bottle of propane gas is included in the sale) plus small storage box for the leg winder wheel levelling blocks etc.
Theres leisure batteries on board 100w solar panel on the roof having used it week in week out for over years often with no hook up I've never once ran out of power.  
The Peugeot Boxer chassis its built on has 2.8hdi Peugeot engine up front so it pulls like train drives like car sitting happily at all speed limits the economy isn't bad either.  
The coach built monocoque body of the rear means it not susceptible to leaks like many other bodies as it's one piece.
The mileage on the dash is there or thereabouts at 36,000 miles atm but there was new clock fitted at 10k so therefore the accurate mileage is around 46,000 miles theres paperwork to prove.
The MOT on the vehicle lasts until March 2020 it passed with no advisories.
The engine had full service at the time it was MOT'd in March 2019 my mechanic was very impressed with condition of the vehicle said the underside was in great shape with no rust or anything to note no faults found.  
The cam belt was changed, theres lots of other paperwork history with it
There are recently new tyres fitted good spare underneath.
It's basically ready to get in enjoy.
