Hi,
Welcome to our sale of super value Mercedes based day/camper van with optional Mercedes 'clip in' rear seats with built in seat belts.
This makes for very flexible holiday/daily transport setup as you effectively have travel seats available all belted (4 TUV tested) along with Campervan/day van facilities as detailed below. The rails on the floor in pictures above is where these seats clip in.
The Van is LWB factory high top Vito and fully insulated.  There is no rust, there are couple of small dents as you would expect but these are small. 
12 Months MOT.  Only advisory is worn tyre and we will be happy to replace this at the listed price. Fully serviced history.
Being 2008 the van is galvanised and won't rust like earlier Vito Versions. The Auto 2.2CDI engine/gearbox leads to very leisurely and relaxed drive. These units are used by the emergency services due to longevity. Mercedes advised us that if serviced regularly (which it has been throughout its history) 300,000 miles is expected.  This means the van has many many more miles and adventures to go.
The van itself has had owners including myself so two previously including my brother.  Its an ex Police Van (hence the rare factory high top) where it was maintained to high standard; we have full records of the services. 
This is not professional/factory conversion but has been done to high standard and is based on comfort, functionality and safety. The Gas/Sink unit is of high quality and is installed correctly with all pipework and ventilation that is required.  
There is leisure battery and SmartCom split charge relay which feeds the cooker and cool box (included). 12v Fused unit and 240V RCD hook up via separate lead which feeds under rear bumper rather than via hole cut in side of the van. No 12v lighting although would be easy to install from the 12v fuse unit but push button lights work treat and batteries last an age.  Simplicity is sometimes the best solution.
I'm happy to throw in an aluminium folding table for outside use to compliment the smaller internal table.
The Rock and Roll bed is 3/4 width and made of memory foam and upholstered in simple yet effective way with tough material. There are couple of very small scuffs from use but no tears. The bed is bolted to the floorpan. Its not tested however have had confidence to use with my daughter in the back.  If you want regular/daily rear seats the additional clip in double full seat (see photo) provides full security.  The additional seat has one small patch and abut 1" of loose stitching but is perfectly useable.
The side unit is sprayed MDF, is light and bolted to the van securely.
The front seats comprise one Captain that swivels.  The seats are little worn so we have placed simple yet in keeping covers over them. You could easily and cheaply change these but they are very comfortable as is.
The floor is original: The police conversion was for carrying people so it is insulated and tough with no compromises. These conversions are very expensive so we kept the floor. 
This is reliable van; we have taken it to the south of France and back and it is still used.  However we have large 7m classic Mercedes Hymer that is now at home on our drive so the Vito has to go, to create space and eliminate overlap of too many vehicles.
At this price its lot of van. We will include simple but effective rear bike rack, portaloo and pop up tent that acts as great garage when on site. There is gas bottle nearly full. There are simple suf board hooks inside, my 7'3" board fits inside fine.
MPG varies but on journey not hammering 34-36, very similar to T5.  It will sit happily at motorway cruising speeds so does make for comfortable longer journey vehicle.
