We are thesecond owners of this vehicle from new. It was previously owned by Mini CoachTravel company who had owned it from new and taken exceptional care of it.Itused to have 16 passenger seats and was classed as PSV, therefore we have aCertificate of Initial Fitness and all annual Public Service vehicle Testcertificates to date (this is the equivalent of the MOT in the transport worldbut with stricter requirements) – we mention this only to bring to yourattention that this vehicle has mechanically been thoroughly looked after fromnew.Conversion:Wethen wanted to convert it into mobile office and removed 11 passenger seats  and changed the class of the vehicle from PSV(Passenger service vehicle) to PLG (Private Light Goods). It now has 5Passenger seats and the Driver’s seat. We had it taken in for an MOT in October 2016 which it sailed through with no advisories.Asyou can see from the photos we fitted large desk in front of the rear seatswhich covers the full width, there is hinge flap mechanism as you can seethat lifts up from one end in order to allow access behind the desk. There is asturdy safe bolted onto one end of the desk for cash/valuables.Blackblinds to cover the full length of the side windows (these blinds were fittedpermanently closed, they do not open- this was personal preference). They caneither remain on or quite easily be removed.Wealso added large blue suede sofa for clients (This is still inside and canremain so if you would like it to). Additionally other office furniture, suchas coffee table, mini fridge TV were present, but have now been removed andmoved to our new premises. powerful daylight tube has been fitted, two greenrugs attached to the floor via adhesive and strip of neon lighting in Lshape that can change colour.Allelectrics (computers, laptops, phones, fridge etc) inside the vehicle werepowered via an external power source using an extension cable.Weacquired the necessary equipment in order to go independent and remove thereliance on an external source of power. Twin Battery Status Panel Meter brand new for£36.46(http://www.12voltplanet.co.uk/twin-battery-status-panel-meter.html) Allof the above items are still brand new in their boxes as we never got around toinstalling them due to upgrading to larger premises. As bonus we are happyto include these in the auction. They are quite simple to install and take onlya few hours work from qualified professional. This will allow the vehicle touse electricity even when turned off (due to deep volt battery). And the 4000WPURE Sine wave inverter is of exceptional quality and more than adequate to runa fridge, microwave, laptops, tv and more.Asyou can see the vehicle can either function as mobile office or with littlefurther conversion into comfy campervan.TheVehicle:Itis smooth drive, with great engine and gearbox (As you would expect withMercedes Benz), no odd noises or whining or anything of the sort. SteeringHandles very well, all four tyres are of good quality (Continental) with no oddbumps or cuts. There is very small 5p size chip on windscreen.  Mechanically it has been as previously mentioned; verywell looked after and is real pleasure to drive.
When we purchased it;it had done approximately 143,000 and ran exceptionally so we delayed the service It had Full Service this week.
Please note: the vehicle is fitted witha TACO/Speed limiter to 100kph/62mph. This was due to it previously being aPSV, now that we converted and reclassed it to PLG it may be removed by amechanic. We did not remove it as we were quite happy driving upto 62mph giventhat our vehicle had expensive office equipment in it.
We thoroughly looked over the vehicle and found clean solid body workthat is dent free and vibrant looking (There may be the odd tiny ding or ascratch that we overlooked).
