Central heating- have never tested this as we have always just used fan heater off the mains when needed.
Thetford cartridge toilet- new seal fitted
Gas oven, grill and hob
Fridge withe ice box- gas/ mains/ 12V
Carver Cascade water heater- have never used this or the shower but this was fitted new few years ago by previous owner.
Mains hook up- power points in kitchen and dining area
Table- sits on legs between seating and packs away into wash room
Large king sized bed/ double bed/ single beds (Pull out boards between seats)
Cocktail lockers with bottle and wine glass holders and internal lights
Built in water and waste water tanks
Engine and leisure batteries
Bluetooth cd/radio/ MP3/ handsfree/ probably does the washing up if you wanted......
Upholstered pelmets over windows with; fly privacy screen/ blackout screen and curtains.
Will take up to 15kg gas bottle in outside locker

Bike carrier- only carries bike at the moment as one of the rails was bent so we took it off but believe rails are available to buy separately
Rail and shelving in cupboard over the heater
Excellent insulation, stays cool even parked in sunlight in summer.

BAD BITS :(
Underside of one of the cushions is bit frayed
Blind over door window is bit frayed
Mesh screens are bit speckled at the bottom
The springs in some of the blinds have gone on strike....
The small plastic towel holders are mostly broken but in fairness they were horrible anyway......
The bathroom wall in the top corner above the toilet has at some point had leak so is stained. The roof and skylights were resealed by the previous owner. I've had this years and it has NEVER leaked even in torrential rain.
There are signs of rust coming through the paint on the cab BUT this is surface rust only where the paint has worn. have not painted it so its easy to see what's going on with it- no hidden surprises.

Overall lovely old camper who's value is increasing. Very unusual to find one in all original condition.

No gas or electric certification but I'm sure it wouldn't have any issues, just haven't had time to do it.

It did have an awning fitted at one time so Id guess another one would go on really easily. There is also wiring and switch for an outside light.
