Up for sale is our Beautiful Renault Master based Knaus Sun TI Low Profile 3.0 litre 140BHP Motorhome.
We bought this in early 2018 from the original owner from new who specked the vehicle very well with the larger 3.0L 140 engine which is massive improvement on the smaller 2.5 engine. When we were looking to buy we test drove this Motorhome and couldn't believe the difference, especially if you keep it around 70mph the economy is around 30mpg.It has file full of receipts and service documents for the van side of thinks but also Habitational service documents as well.
We have been on numerous adventures and festivals mainly around Europe and the van has been faultless (apart from the Clutch)?
Since have owned it, have had new clutch fitted by Renault after failure in central France last year, (about 4000 miles ago now) of course have the receipt to prove.I have also had the glow plugs changed including the relay, new indicator stalk, 100w solar panel fitted on the roof wired into the battery bank via controller with extra 12v USB ports fitted.I have had powerful 12v fan fitted to the kitchen area to use whilst cooking (priceless!) and extra 240V sockets and 12v USB ports fitted.I have also had the dated TV changed to Cello 12v TV/DVD Combi with remote control which use with place down antenna when stopped and bluetooth speaker which makes the world of difference. The Stereo is also upgraded to Sony Tuner, CD, AUX, USB.
The van Interior is coach built by the German company Knaus, with quality and refinement evident straight away. Everything works beautifully, the water, in the sink and bathroom are great as is the shower.The Truma central heating/water heater is also outstanding. We never have 240v hook up and rely on gas and solar as we wild camp lot. The shower is ready from cold in about 15mins on gas alone, faster if you switch it to gas and mains. It has an ample 100 litre tank and a100 litre collector, all monitored with by the wall mounted controllers.
The fridge freezer is outstanding also, freezing fast and the fridge cools drinks down to ice cold.
The van is MOT'd until March 2020, former keeper, FSH, Panoramic roof, AC in Cab, duel heating in rear, French style fixed bed with brand new memory foam mattress, Retractable adjustable awning, medium sized garage unit, blinds, net curtains, and fly screens throughout, with windscreen and side window retractable screens, new cassette in toilet. Electric main Hab vent.
It also has Cobra Cat alarm/central locking system fitted.
There are quality fitted carpets throughout which can be removed if necessary (say at muddy festival)
