We are selling this van as we are going sailing for the next couple of years and don't want to leave it standing until we return. And, of course, I'd like to recover my investment.
We drove back from Sanday on the 27th March, 720 miles ferries and put the van in for an MOT which it failed.  We put in new number plate light bulbs, r/h indicator bulb etc. and re-tested on 2nd April which was pass.  This preserves the anniversary of the van's MOT so it is now MOT'd until 15th April 2020.
I wouldn't hesitate taking this van anywhere that wasn't war zone.  Until we changed our plans and decided to go sailing this year rather than next the van's next significant journey was going to be at the end of June to Nordkapp.  The van is totally reliable and uses no oil or water between services.  Fuel consumption is excellent and driving normally it varies between 32mpg and 35mpg.  The van runs happily at the motorway speed limit.   The vehicle is registered as Motor Caravan which is useful for insurance purposes and has gross weight of 3500kg.
Layout.The living accommodation is well arranged with seating directly behind the cab seats and along the offside of the vehicle until it meets the front wall of the toilet cubicle.  On the nearside, working back from the sliding door is good unit with sink and two burner cooker.  Above the cooker is microwave.
Continuing backwards ladder gives access to giant bed that stretches the width of the van.  Towards the rear of the vehicle is substantial skylight which makes the area light and pleasant.
Underneath the bed is the garage which is principally accessed through the rear doors.  There is however small door in the wall between the living area and the garage.  This is useful for accessing the area if you have boxes of supplies in that area.
The seat cushions are excellently made from good material and as new.  By the seats small circular table can be fitted atop pole that has floor mount.  The interior fit out of the van, kitchen etc. is pretty much as new.
The windows are good quality with integral fly screens and blinds.  The van is very well insulated and cosy.
Storage.Above the cab is big storage locker.  Underneath the seats are large lockers which also house good sized inverter and two 110 amp hour batteries for domestic use.  Above the seats is storage locker.The sink section of the combined sink and cooker unit sits above large locker.  Underneath the cooker is three way fridge.  Above the sink/cooker is another high level locker.  There is as much storage as possible!
The only other thing to mention in the accommodation is wall mounted TV.
Garage.The garage is the full area under the enormous bed.  On the nearside as the front is the gas locker and on the offside at the front panel gives access to allow removal of the cassette toilet container.  The garage has windows with integral fly screens and blinds.

I'd forgotten but the bed is hinged at the forward edge and the rear can be raised up to the van roof.Tremendous amount of space.  With the bed level the whole garage area has 140cm clearance.
These dimensions have been measured by me this afternoon with tape measure.  They are accurate but if any of them are of critical significance for your needs then please get in touch and will re-measure.
Other items.
With the van is Movelite XL drive away awning which is freestanding and 2.8m 3m.  This  has an 80cm cowl that attaches to rail on the side of the van.  know this is true as I've just watched the advert on the maker's web site.  I've not used it but have checked and we have the poles, pegs, straps, all that is required.  This gives better protection than the often fitted awning and also has the advantage if you are using camp site that it preserves your plot when you are out for the day.
There are useful silver insulating sheets for the cab windows.  Not tried these either.
Mains hookup lead.  I've used this, all ok.
