Right. It's sadly time for us to say goodbye to an old friend. Get ready to make break after Lockdown and bag yourself trusty steed.
We have had our Mazda Bongo for over years and absolutely bloody love her. She's been to the South of France times since 2017, in addition to many UK camping escapades in Norfolk and Cumbria. We are sad to see her go but she is just not practical with our growing family (Don't tell her we bought an Eriba Caravan!) For those who have never had Bongo. -  The Bongo owners group on Facebook is great source of info and you can check any 'bongoisms' mention here with members on there. We have lots of tips for the new owner should they need it.
Not being mechanically minded myself we took to preventative maintenance year so she could be serviced by someone who know Bongos well. That person is Simon at Contract Mechanics Leamington Spa. His rep proceeds him.  She has been Waxoiled, has coolant alarm and regular checked radiator and sealed water system. (all musts for Bongo). We don't have full service history but we spent £500 on her in 2017 to get her up to scratch for us and have part service history from Simon since then. She went through her MOT today with only replacement anti roll link. She's solid.  There is some bubbling on the rear arches which is often the case with Bongo's, however, it is minor at the moment and imagine will be few years before they need replacing (Im told this is around £600). 
We have never ever had any issues and she has been very trusty steed. have no doubt if looked after she has plenty of life left in her. Her mileage is registered as 166k miles. This is actually measuring km's and so her true mileage is 103,000 miles. Odd know, but is also common with some Grey Imports from Japan. This van still has some cool original stickers from Japan we liked them so never removed them.
She has rear conversion with Gas SMEV hob and Sink. There is storage on one side of the conversion and shelf for fridge on the other side. We will include the fridge if requested. Electric hook up also fits into the rear conversion. The rear seats are reversed to make living area. These slide forward and make the classic bongo bed when reclined with the front seats. The elevating pop top (Auto Free Top or AFT) is in great condition and can be slept in. 
We fitted relay and so have an inverter in the glove box that goes to the leisure battery. The main battery charges this when being driven. This is useful for festivals or wild camping as you can plug in phones, chargers etc... even ran fridge off it for days. Still works well but i'd consider giving it new Leisure Battery (£50is) if wanting to max off grid time.
I am trying to be as honest as possible and would advise you come and see her purely because she's the grand old age of 26. We are in Lichfield, Staffs.  There is the odd blemish to paintwork. There is penny size chip low down on the windshield but not big enough to effect the MOT. There is loose connection on the driver electric window which could do with checking literally loose wire and the water pump on the sink went on our last trip so needs replacing (£25).  The AC has never worked to my knowledge and Simon advised it was too much trouble to try and fix it.  The bonnet has been repainted and has sticker on which can easily be removed. The colour of the bongo is Mazda Neat Green.
She is ready to go to someone who can love her as much as we have.  Please do not expect brand new vehicle as she has some age related marks that I've tried to express here and in the photos. 
We will miss her.

* 22/03/2020 also forgot to add that the rear right light is repair.. It passed the MOT but is an advisory. See photos. Replacement units are available from Bongo Spares or any decent Bongo Breaker.
