Here we have our much loved and reliable "Lola" Mk5 2005 Ford Transit Campervan Conversion, she will come to the lucky buyer with the private registration plate LO04 LAZ.
She passed her MOT within the last  and so comes to you with no advisories as all works required were carried out to ensure that there were no mechanical problems to be dealt with by the buyer. All previous MOT's were carried out under the registration number KR05 EJU if you wish to check out the history.
The MOT was carried out this year by S&R Motors in Hull and their comment was that they were very surprised at how good the underneath of the vehicle was, it is in very solid condition for Transit of this age and mileage (15 years almost 125000 miles) of which, for Transit engine, it is now only reaching towards middle age at less than 10000 miles per year.
We are selling due to upgrading our requirements to newer larger vehicle but we found this one an excellent starter for ourselves as an entry model into the world of motorhome camping.
"Lola" will be sold complete with an 8ft 8ft awning which attaches to the van but can be detached and left in position should you wish to drive away for the day. Cable to attach to 240v on the campsite, small under bench seat gas bottle (nearly full), fire extinguisher and has digital TV aerial on the roof which gives as good reception, assuming there is signal where you camp, as you get at home, oven with grille hob and gas fridge.
Registered on the V5 document as Motor Caravan.
As you will understand, this van a) is Ford Transit b) is 15 years old c) has travelled almost 125000 miles so it is not in perfect order, there are couple of rust patches on the right side, the 12v system (which has batteries) needs some attention from an electrically minded person to get it working. At some point before ourselves, it would appear that the owner left the skylight open during rain storm as there is evidence of some warping of the ceiling near it and the cupboards nearby have bit of delamination but it's nothing serious as everything is perfectly dry which you will see if you come to view it.
This is perfect budget entry priced van for couple or even three persons as this comes with three front seats and seatbelts and with the large awning that it comes with, provides large base from which to camp with.
My final point is to say that while there's no service history with this van, there is folder crammed with receipts and instruction manuals and of course being Transit, the engine will just keep on going and going and going.
For the record, if you want to go into carpark with this van and it has one of those height barriers across the entrance, this vehicle is 2.58m 8ft5" high due to the tv aerial this is also written on the underside of the drivers sun visor.
