For sale is my much loved long wheel base high top transit van that has been converted and used as dog unit welfare vehicle as well as doubling up as camper van. It has two kennels in the back with escape hatches to the inside of the van. Each kennel is well insulated, has high powered built in fan as well as lighting which is switch operated from the dashboard, At present one kennel is shelved out as to carry equipment, fold up chairs, mains hook up cable etc.Above the kennels is fold out very comfortable double bed with full size mattress see photos With the bed folded away you then have living area with the following Roof and side panels all insulated. A sink drainer with running cold water, A ring gas hob,with gas bottle Portable loo behind cupboard doorFixed table  Micro wave, 80lt water tank which is filled from lockable cap outside. Colour Tv with built in amp.Portable dvd player. 2 fixed seats which can be used as third bed for small person or child.Under the seats you have massive 3000 watt inverter.A 2kw night heater with digital touch controller and remote key on/off, this is run on red diesel from 10ltr tank fitted inside the left hand rear door.Very efficient keeps you really warm in the winter. see photo ). Full mains hook up with distribution controller see photo )120 A/H leisure battery with its own split charger.Amber led flashing strobes front and rear.Reversing camera and monitorcd player.As new porch awning see photo )
As you will see from its MOT history this year it went straight through its test with only an advisory on surface rust on one outer sill which has now been addressed
It has had new brakes all round for previous mots and new brake pipes, also new turbo last year and new clutch the year before that as well as new oil cooler.New rear calipers.
Sometimes the engine management light came on this was  diagnosed to   the EGR valve needing clean or replacing. This has been done and fingers crossed it has not come back on, but if it does ,this is the problem and  have new one waiting to be fitted but if never bothered as it does not affect the driving in any way.
One tyre is worn on the inside edge as the tracking was out which has also been corrected. it does come with two spare wheels of which one has an  almost new tyre on it.
It drives perfect with no knocks or fumes or smoke. Although it has no done 215k let me reassure you the engine is in now way tired having had rebuild some years ago. almost all of the miles where clocked up on motorways by the highways agency whom owned it before me as welfare vehicle plus it has speed limiter fitted so it has never travelled more than 70 mph in its life. Gearbox, final drive suspension, brakes all good. last service by myself  with new filters and oil after the turbo was replaced.
The glass doors on the rear are for show only as the actual rear doors are solid although you could cut the panels out if you wanted. This has been working van so upholstery will need clean.
The underneath has no rust and has never had any welding done and does not need any At its last mot the tester said it was one of the cleanest he has seen in long time.
The body work is good overall with no major dents or scratches as you can see from the photos.
