bought this van in spring 2017 and did camper/mobile home conversion as follows:

- opening side windows
- Floor made of reclaimed pine joists throughout on 5mm insulating underlay
- Lower walls of same material but thinner
- Upper walls ceiling 4mm hardwood ply
- Walls insulated with foil earthwool
- Floor, walls ceiling finished with Osmo hardwax oil
- Kitchen unit made of 18mm high-quality ply worktop, varnished; pine board plywood creating sealed unit with drop-out hole for gas, fresh water waste water storage underneath
- drawers of 5mm ply pine, wax-oiled, with hook to stop them sliding out while driving
- Dometic hob gas burner, sink tap
- Gaslow refillable LPG gas bottle for cooking (refills with same type of attachment as the engine uses). 80% overflow protection
- 300W solar panel
- Explorer 140Ah leisure batteries can run laptop all day without going below 50%
- Sliding panel between back cab used the mechanism from window blind which works very well
- Seat/bed base made from pine furniture board, stained wax-oiled. The bed is made up of sections, with the middle folding upwards to become the seat back, and the front one becoming the seat. The seat then also folds upwards for access to storage underneath.
Interior could do with the the following:
- Vent to prevent condensation if using in winter Lights installing (I had various temporary solutions) Add foam upholster the bed sections (I used single piece of foam but it was awkward to shift around when moving between bed and seat)
Also some wear and tear stuff that haven't fixed:

- The solar charge controller is broken. This is just matter of buying one and plugging it in where the old one was, there are three sets of wires from the battery, from the solar panel, and going to load (lights etc). The load is then distributed from fuse box. The batteries can also be connected directly to the fusebox to use without the solar panel/charge controller.
- small sections of ply from the upper walls are missing so you can see the foil insulation.

Mechanical: when bought the van it hadn't been maintained well at all, and the engine threw the balancing shaft out the side of the block on the way home. This could have been due to no oil, as later learned the van had broken down and had major oil leak on the way to the auction site. It has since had reconditioned engine installed and properly run in with oil changes at 1,000 and 3,000 miles, and regularly thereafter, however have run it slightly under and over filled couple of times, but don't think this has caused any problems.

I had the balance shaft removed altogether from the new engine as some people think it isn't necessary and may hinder oil flow around the engine.

There have been few electrical issues, some of which started with the coolant bottle bursting during an emissions test and getting everything wet:

- Wiring to the fuel pump has been replaced
- The starter relay has been replaced
- The fan control module doesn't kick in when needed, which means it will overheat if left idling in summer (you can work around this by turning the heating on to remove some heat from the engine)

There is also problem with the throttle that is minor annoyance applying very light throttle causes the engine to hesitate, so you have to apply bit more and then ease off to get where you want.

The LPG system is working but is due its annual service. One of the hoses was leaking when checked it just now and replaced the old clip with proper jubilee clip but would advise having this looked at by an LPG-registered garage before using it.

The hesitation issue is also more pronounced when on LPG. There is button in the cab to switch between petrol and LPG, so usually switch to petrol while driving in town.
Bodywork: the body has fairly heavy wear and tear, scratches, minor dings and rusty areas can send detailed pictures of these.

The van is currently running and starts straight away every time.
