We have just installed power steering so it drives like dream. This has 12 months guarantee. The van has LPG as well as petrol so super economical to run. There is solar panel so off grid is easy. We have camped for days without hook up as it has new battery as well. The van is berth which consists of berths over the cab. This can be used to store everything if not being used for sleeping. berths are made up from the centre table area and this can be made wider by pulling it our from the side berth at the back. 
Portable bench included that can be added to make the back bed area bigger or used outside as seating. All the seats are newly upholstered and there are blackout blinds. ring hob with grill and oven underneath. way fridge which is super cold with freezer shelf. Shower room including thetford flushing cassette toilet. Large wardrobe and lots of storage above and under seating. 
Full habitation check. 
MOT till end July 2019 but will put full 12 months before pick up if we get the price we are looking for. New water pump fitted. Lots of receipts. Pull out awning which gives extra outside space. Microwave included. Reason for sale is due to being to big for us now.  2 seat belts in the back so can travel safely. Water heater not working. We never bothered just boiled kettle but cheap and easy to replace.
