96 reg, Birth with 68,000 miles, 1.9 Turbo Diesel,12 months MOT. Just had new brake discs, pads, callipers and hoses all round. Good tyres all round. Service history. 
All the internals work well, have all the manuals for everything including original purchase receipt. Everything works on 12v, 240v and gas so you have hot and cold Water, central heating, fridge, hobbs and oven no matter where you are. 
Cassette toilet, shower hose is there but we have never used it. (Always stayed on sites if longer than couple of nights) comes with large heavy duty awning as in photos that attaches to the fiamma wind out awning which can also be used separately. Cracking van, drives well, good on fuel does everything motorhome should do and is not too big for Cornish lanes. Selling due to wanting caravan to put on site for summer duration.
