Eriba Pan Famille 1980 Birth Touring Caravan.
Reluctant sale of our Eriba Pan Famille Dottie ) Rare split screen model with birth sleeping.We are the second owners from new with the first owner and registration being in Holland.The caravan comes with as follows:

The interior is totally original with only the soft furnishings updated to high standard. All tyres are in excellent condition with the spare wheel mounted under the van with easy access.  There are batteries for 12v system that works the lights and water pump fitted by myself ). Gas heater in the van with battery ignition. There are spare fuses and light bulbs for the van. The pop up roof is in excellent condition with all working parts in very good order, the canvas to the roof is original and has some marks on the canvas but does not leak and still looks good. Door lock works perfectly as does all the window openings and catches in the van. The mains electric does have trip out box fitted for safety. have also fitted fire extinguisher and CO2 monitor for safety too. The fridge is gas or mains electric only and NOT battery like in modern vans. 
The van is 17 foot shipping length and MPL of 690kg. Can be towed with small car or classic VW, use 1.6 twin port T2.
The only bad points are couple of dings in the bodywork from small knocks but no puncture of the body or any damp inside, the paint work and aluminium are all in excellent condition and all exterior lights and indicators work perfectly.She towes superbly with no need for stabilizer.
