Here for sale is Campervan Furniture Ltd flat pack camper race van interior furniture kit designed to fit Fiat Ducato Citroen Relay Peugeot Boxer L3. Each kit is made to measure to your own custom sizes and requirements so can also be easily altered to fit other large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, Fiat Ducato/Citroen Relay/Peugeot Boxer ExLWB L4, Renault Master, Vauxhall Movano, Ford Transit, Volkswagen Crafter, etc.
This particular kit is compact berth design with bench front seating area and raised rear double bunk/bed giving large garage area. There is also toilet cubicle, wardrobe and kitchen area. Many other layouts designs available please see our other items

Our kits are designed for the self builder and help to give professional finish to your camper conversion. Good DIY skills are required as the kits come square so will need shaping to suit the profile of your van, however, with the right skill level great finish can be achieved. You will receive basic fitting guide and fitting kit, along with 3D image with all measurements on. Each piece of furniture will also be labelled.

With 10 years experience building camper vans and as keen campers ourselves we are able to offer our knowledge and advice to help you choose the right layout for you, ultimately though the choice is yours, and you need to decide which layout will work for you.

All kits are made from lightweight hard laminate furniture ply and come in choice of finishes (please see photo for stocked finishes others available at extra cost). Choice of fabric also available (light grey, dark grey and black in stock others available at extra cost).

Many different layout options are available (please see our other items) or we can build to your own design.

The process of ordering your flat pack furniture kit is as follows...

1. You call with choice of design and place deposit (£495 on large kits)
2. Tell us your preferred measurements (or we can send out generic measurements).
3. We send out initial layout design with initial measurements for you to check in your van.
4. You let us know of any alterations you require.
5. We change the drawing and resend it.
6. Repeat steps and as many times as you want until you are 100% happy with your design (it is your responsibility to check all measurements are correct and the layout will fit in your van any alterations after we have cut your furniture may be chargeable)
7. Confirm furniture/trim/fabric colour.
8. We start cutting out your furniture.
9. Your furniture kit is ready for delivery or collection.

The above process normally takes about weeks from start to finish.

Included in the kit...

1. Furniture panels as shown in the 3D drawing (kitchen unit, worktop, seating, toilet cubicle, cushions, top cupboards, shelves, etc.).
2. Bed/Seat bases (9mm or 12mm plywood)
3. Basic fitting kit (you may need to purchase extra brackets, etc.).
4. Basic fitting guide

Not included in the kit...

1. bulkheads.
2. ply-lining/carpet lining etc
3. appliances

Delivery £175 to most UK addresses (Highlands, etc may be more so please ask for quote).
