Lovely Clean Converted Van IDEAL for Kitesurfing/Surfing/Festivals/Artsy Business or simply Relaxing by the Beach! Seats with Belts in the Front.

"Big Bertha" has been fully converted with rock roll generous sized double bed (with new and unused mattress) and she is fitted with functioning sink and microwave, making her very comfortable van! There are plenty of power points and USB charging throughout the van.  All the electrics are neatly fitted and have built in sockets to use throughout. The lighting is built into the ceiling and has inbuilt on/off light switches in the van. The double bed/seating area has great storage underneath it and small cupboard spaces are also fitted top to bottom on the left hand "wall" of the van for further storage.  
Bertha comes with lots of little extras that mean you are ready to camp in comfort, such as fan, heaters, brand new pan and frying pan, fire log, bbq, fire starters, beach mat, etc. She also has tow rope and tools. Bertha comes with Hook Up Electric cable that is detachable as well as the 12v leisure battery and Split Charge. From the Leisure Battery is also 12v to 240v Power Invertor so you have plenty of power for all you need. There are some Surfy Vinyl Decals included, flurry seatbelt covers and have lots of flower garlands for the front screen if you want them :)
When the Bed is set up you can literally open up the double back doors and stare out at the view from the comfort of your Duvet if you dare or close them turn your pillows around and just slide open the side door and enjoy more private view! Big Bertha caters for versatility! :) 
One thing you could do that was going to do Bertha is not yet re categorized as camper on v5 document. This is free, simple to do and takes about weeks. It will reduce your insurance, however insurance on this is still very cheap hence why haven't bothered as yet! But, still well worth doing to get an even cheaper insurance in the long run! 
The van really flows well in the back and is so easy to convert from living space to bed area very quickly!

Bits that need attention:Central locking works only in the cabin, but new lock to the back has been fitted so she is nice and secure all round still. Fuel gauge sender unit faulty and costs about £80 to fix.The Rock and Roll Mattress is professionally made and new, but made the seats for the rock and roll bed seated area myself with foam bought and Indian sari's had for years. They are not the best seat covers, as am not the best at sewing  lol, so you could treat yourself to some new plush ones! That said, they are very comfty and clean/newly made seats as they are.
I am selling this lovely van because am not using her enough and quite frankly it's real shame! thought would use her more and as much as it pains me to sell this lovely, clean van, would rather she go to good use instead of just sitting unused! Ideal for kitesurfer/surfer/sup boarder who wants an all year round, warm and cosy sleep or she even could be used to live in with some more storage built in (which there is room for)! You could easily modify this van with few more extras (such as solar panels to her huge flat roof and toilet that slides out from under the bed) and live in her self sufficiently off grid to save rent! Ideal for festivals and touring.....she needs adventure and not to be sat unused!! 
Solid van and runs like Beast, not sluggish like some  this van is looking to get OUT and ABOUT lol! You are welcome to come and view this lovely van and also be taken for test drive. If you have VALID insurance to drive her and can prove it to me on the day, you are welcome to test drive the van with along with myself. 
Side note : I bought tin of Land Rover Green Paint as was going to paint the purple bits green. So for an extra £25 (cost me £30 and is still sealed with tape at the top and only bought month or two ago!) you are welcome to take the paint if you think you may want to paint her more Earthy colour! If you don't want it, shall keep it for further projects :)
