I also have very small porta loo that had planned to put into it.
Mechanically Good condition recent full service, timing belt, water pump replaced and replaced battery, engine sounds sweet. We have some of the servicing history and tyre bills etc from previous owner.
As for bodywork it's got few age related marks as you'd expect, but as for rust it's very clean worst bit is the bonnet but looking online they all suffer from this.
