It has an water heater than means on demand hot water and air blown heating, it does also have air conditioning though this does not work, I'm sure it's just relay that needs replacing.Comes with awning as in photos The caravan is currently on season pitch in seaton Devon only selling as we don't send enough time at the pitch. would say it's perfect for season pitch or living in on site, due to its size it's not the easiest to tow around.
