We are selling our Fleetwood garland caravan. It is a1992 model. Also included is full awning and two breathable ground sheets which are in good condition.
This is obviously used caravan, but it is in good condition inside. The outside has few superficial dents but we still think it looks great.
The layout is large double at the front, smaller double at the back, with pull out bunk over.

The inside of the caravan it dry and smells fresh with no musty smells. We looked long and hard before buying this caravan, as we didn't want one full of damp. The walls are solid and the floor has no springiness or spongy areas.
Included in this sale are water pump, spare wheel, gas bottle and  long hook-up cable.The cushions are in good condition apart from some of the rear lining has worn thin and come away in places This would be an easy fix for someone handy with needle and thread.There is also original paperwork which came with the caravan when new.
Obviously, this is not new caravan but we feel it is in above average condition for its year. We welcome any inspection, independent or otherwise, so please feel free to come and have look and take as long as you want to look over it. 
A few cosmetic things to mention (we are honest people) are the following:
The front draw bar cover has crack on both sides (purely cosmetic) There are few minor cracks on the plastics around the caravanSome of the window frame trim has shrunk and pulled tight on the corners.All the blinds work, but some can be bit fiddly 
The caravan has been cleaned and emptied for the new owner, so is ready to go.
There is caravan table which slots in two positions to give choice of sitting locations (front or rear) that comes with the caravan (not pictured). This stores in purpose built rack in the toilet section.

We have been as honest as possible in describing this caravan and am sure there are few things we have missed, but please do come and look if you are interested, as it is best to view caravan before buying one. We can also show prospective buyers how everything works.
