It has duo battery solar controller (brand name EPSolar).  I have used this system and found it to be faultless.   Also has 240v external hook up point and the electrical hook up cable for when you are on sites with electricity points.  There is choice of 12volt and 240volt plugs available. An Airtronic night heater is fully integrated and installed.  A fantastic piece of kit that runs from the main diesel tank to generate superb heating system that again is off grid and totally independent. It uses an element of the 12volt system for the built in fans. There are internal 12volt double strip lights.There are internal 12volt spot lights reading lights.5 rear windows with fully functioning blinds.On the rear door there is very handy 12volt spotlight that works when you open it for external lighting.All the rear windows are blackout privacy windows.There is rear fixed step and retractable side step.Fold away table with storage, fixed electronic safe, fire extinguisher, CD Player, Extractor Fan.We use 12volt refrigeration cool box that works for days so far continuously without electric hook up.
 The seating area has under storage with space for four and converts to double bed.  haven’t finished the corners of some of the cushions as shown, but this does reflect in the price.  The two cab seats are fixed but accessibility is great internally with plenty of room to move from the front to the back.  There is curtain that pulls across in between the cab and the rear.  Internally it is very spacious with very decent headroom throughout.  There is what appears to be some kind of tracker or computer unit that have no idea about but worth mentioning. There is plenty of overhead storage, above the cab, along the side with one of them being double.  Each storage compartment has the safety style clips to ensure safe travelling.There is full length mirror to the rear of the van. There is gas bottle on board that simply connect to the included Camping Kitchen  This sits neatly onto the sideboard next to the sink and stows away safely for travel.  The sink runs via “Whale” style pump that connects to the 12volt system and the water to sink pipe.  The sink is stainless steel with one tap.  There is storage cupboard under the kitchen sink leading on to conveniently placed lower shelves. The floor is of laminate style and in good condition.  At the rear is new Porta Potti that has surround fitted making it much more secure whilst easy enough to empty.  This area can also be curtained off for privacy.  At the back are double rear doors. On the exterior of the van is fully fitted wind out Fiama awning.  Its quite large and is essential on sunny days.  The winder is stored safely with the fold out table.  There is crack to the right hand side bumper.  The side door does work perfectly, however the out side handle is cracked and you can only open it from the inside.  It was like it when bought it and it has never bothered me getting in through the front or rear doors.  The exterior is in good condition, some minor marks scratches here and there.  The headlights have some of that sun tarnish and there is scratch on the window screen but as previously stated will have full 12 months MOT.  The van is still Taxed, MOT and insured.Although have tried to list everything cannot guarantee that I've covered everything.  If you are at all unsure of anything please ask before you bid.  It is stored at New Rossington Doncaster, DN11, and viewing is not only very welcome but highly recommended prior to end of auction.  Please Call Jim on 07966 693123 with any questions.  This is cash on collection sale.  Thanks for looking.
