This is our Bedford MK 4x4 vintage truck. It's 1976 so it is Tax and Mot exempt. We have had many holiday's and trips abroad in this truck and it has never let us down. Unfortunately it is beyond our ability to keep in good condition and needs to go to good home.  The engine is amazing and starts first time, the brakes need overhauling and it needs someone who can provide some much overdue TLC.
It's brilliant vehicle but it will need work to make it roadworthy. It starts and drives but beyond that it will be up to the buyer to decide how to collect it as it needs work before being driven on the road.  In 2017 the whole rear wall of the box was rebuilt.  It has kitchen and will sleep people.  The box needs work or could be removed so that the truck is returned to the military vehicle it once was.
The box on the back has kitchen with sink and gas hob, fold down table and storage.  There is electric hookup and 12 volt lighting. This is working but will need work before use. The is high level double bed, small wardrobe and drawers.  The woodburner is Windy Smithy model and incredibly efficient, it has space for wood underneath and wood storage space under the seat next to the burner.
Due to recent ankle operation it's beyond my ability to drive for any distance and reluctantly we have decided it will have to go.
