It is with much sadness that we offer our stunning Bailey Approach Autograph 730 for sale.
We are only selling as we have ordered new Class motorhomr which is for the next chapter of our lives taking year out to travel which we are really excited about. We have used our motorhome all year round and it has never been left unused for more than few weeks at time. We have just returned from 1,920 mile trip to France and it never missed beat even in 45 degree temperatures. Our AA730 is June 2016 model which we have had from new with 15,640 miles and comes with both full Vehicle Habitation service history and annual damp checks. Peugeot Boxer 2.2, speed manual cab in Metallic Black with Air Conditioning DAB radio with USB connection, matched to an Alko AMC chassis. Our motorhome is currently plated at 3,850kg max weight to increase the overall weight capacity. It can be down plated back to 3,500kg very easily. At 3,850kg, VED is currently £165 year. MOT Habitation services both done June 2019 and no damp found at all. The balance of the Habitation warranty (another years) is transferable. Cab Brake fluid changed at the 2018 service, next service for the cab due 2020. Alde Heating transfer fluid changed at the Habitation service in 2018 to year life fluid, next due changing 2023. Basically, nothing needs doing for another year. Our motorhome is in excellent condition throughout and has been looked after to very high standard including regular cleaning and body work waxing. In addition to this, we have specified our motorhome with the following:- 4.5mtr Fiamma F45s wind out awning canopy with Fiamma Pro side panel, Reversing camera, Mirror Guard Mirror protectors, Silver Screen Thermal screen cover, Fridge winter covers, Alloy wheels (including spare) with uprated Pirelli All Season tyres (6mm minimum all round), 120watt Roof mounted solar panel with MPPT dual charger to keep both the cab habitation batteries fully charged, Gaslow 11kg refillable gas bottle with external filler with all stainless steel pipe and Truma Gas filter, BullFinch external BBQ point, Towbar with full CANBUS electrics (2 ebike tow bar carrier which cost £530 included if close to the asking price), Stylus 570 roof mounted TV aerial with external aerial connection point, Thatcham GPS tracker with 10 months subscription remaining, Push button window locks on all windows with Lock Em Outs, Leather wrapped steering wheel gear knob, Twin fridge fans with thermostat for additional cooling in hot weather, Floor Mounted Safe, Duvalay mattress topper and brand new 25m mains hook up cable. We have made seat covers for the front bench seats which are just slip over covers, the original seats underneath are in perfect condition. We also made curtain panels from the same fabric for the bedroom end to match, but still have the original curtains which can be put back up. We have made few other cosmetic alterations but nothing that can’t be removed and put back to original if required as everyone has their own taste. Lots of other little things but too much to mention. This really is fantastic motorhome which we have loved and enjoyed from new and doubt there is another to this specification available. All service reports, manuals and paperwork are present for inspection and the AV15BUS number plate in the pictures is now on retention and he is back to the original LK16 number plate.
