Hey there,

I am reluctantly selling my much loved 2007 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 311 CDI LWB motor home race truck conversion. The original set up is as race truck but have been using her as camper van so no smelly oily engines have been in the rear garage in while.

MOT passed perfectly on 25th February 2019

Reason for sale is am moving away and unfortunately the van cannot come with me this time. have enjoyed driving this van but it is time to move on to other things.

Slide back the van side door to well presented L-shaped black seating area underlooking an Hitachi TV mounted on an adjustable ceiling bracket with remote control. stowable table with metal leg can be erected in the middle of the seating area.

Blue LED mood lights are installed around the interior of the van.

Above the driving cab is an open storage space adjacent to overhead good sized wooden lockers with metal handles.

Adjacent to the seating area is the wet room consisting of Thetford C-200 cassette toilet, shower and shower standing basin with plughole. There is also strip lighting on the wall.

The floor is made of vinyl flooring which was brand new in September 2016.

The kitchen area consists of fridge and freezer inbuilt under hidden sink/tap and three ring gas hobs.

Above the sink at eye level are two storage areas (1 locker with door and locker without door)

Below the sink are two tall storage lockers and one storage locker directly below the sink and above the fridge.

The forward black seating area can be folded out into cosy double bed.

The rear raised area can slide out to create good sized double bed.

Under the black seating area is where the electrics are stored, consisting of:

- 110Ah leisure batteries (brand new September 2016)
- Solar charge unit (150W solar panel on roof; Brand new September 2016)
