1993 Auto-Sleeper Recro Renault Trafic 2.1 d. to Berth motorhome with Seat Belts.
Only 72,240 miles from new.
This van is in very good condition for its age. It has had some welding and there are some rust marks.
Inside is extremely clean and tidy. Converted by Auto-Sleeper inside has rock roll rear seat that pulls out to become double bed downstairs for adults, and the bunk upstairs that gives you the ability to sleep small children. The rear seat has point seatbelts.
The kitchen, on the off-side, has stainless steel sink with drainer, plus burner gas hob and gas grill as well as plenty of worktop space. There is also small fridge built in and porta-toilet in small cupboard which can be pulled out.
The front passenger seat swivels to become part of the lounge area, and there is large fold away dining table as well as fold away swivel coffee table. There is plenty of storage with cupboards above the cab, pull out drawer under the seat and rear wardrobe.
The back doors open and there is container for gas bottles (included) plus leisure battery and storage for electric hook up.
The van has tow bar with electrics and Fiamma F45+ roll out awning. Tie down awning straps and bike rack included.
Although non turbo and without power steering the van is easy to drive and park in normal car parking space or on drive. Usually averages between 30-35 mpg. MOT until April 2020 and new van battery was fitted this year. The van also has an after-market alarm system.
Known faults: Various rust spots on guttering and by driver and passenger window Driver’s window will not lower all the way Fuel gauge reads approx. quarter of tank less than is actually in there Sliding door roller blind doesn’t easily roll down One bolt on the bunk bed doesn’t secure when the bed is not in use Van has gas heating which had never worked and would need to be checked if it was to be used.
As well as electric lead, spare gas canister, bike rack on spare wheel, step, bin and tie down awning kit there is also full winter waterproof cover included in sale.
