These trailers are extremely rare on the used market. They are all custom ordered and custom built to spec. We have the original build sheet on this unit and the original owners pretty much had every upgrade available to them installed. 
These trailers are built SOLID from the ground up. High rated insulation for warm winters and cool summers, solid wood flooring (never feels like you are walking on spring board like so many other manufactures floors do). The trailer frame is nearly indestructible and built to last lifetimes. These trailers will not fall apart after long distance tow like most mass produced Park Model trailers tend to do. The interior walls and seems are not stick on laminate cheap materials, this was built like real home! The construction process exceeds well beyond the quality of any trailer manufacturer and that means these are built to last!
These trailers are surprisingly easy to pull with their triple axle's. So expect them to tow straight like normal bumper pull travel trailer would with even weight displacement, even at higher speeds!
