This RV was purchased for retirement home in the future and due to health issues, our plans have changed.  The toilets, sinks, etc remain unused in this RV.  ITs like new.  This is four seasons style trailer and has so many neat features, there's not enough space to tell it all.  It does have built in vacuum system, cedar lined closet, fireplace, and three televisions.  It also has TWO BATHROOMS! It has toy box that's 14 ft instead of 12, and huge POrch off the toy box, that also has an electric awning for shade.  It's beautiful unit and like said, STILL NEW..we bought an additional 7,200 warranty policy that will cover everything forever, and they will come to you at your campsite should anything break down.  I'll let that go with the trailer, because It is transferrable should sell it.  I'm actually looking for the someone that needs full time live in unit, because this is it, it big and roomy and sexy at night with all the little extra built in light in the cabinetry. It's the best your money can buy.  We are looking for the person that has good credit score that can just buy the trailer for what is owed against it.  No equity will be expected, but the trailer has to stay here until the paperwork is cleared.  This is the perfect unit for large family, or someone wanting to live in nice upscale trailer.
