2014 Keystone Montana Mountaineer 345DBQ fifth wheel RV with huge bunkhouse in rear, King bed master bedroom suite, 1.5 bath. Sleeping room for up to 10 people! This camper is in immaculate condition inside and out. Non-smoking family and no pets. It has hydraulic slides with individual shut off valves so they can be opened and closed all together or individually. The master bedroom suite features king size bed with storage underneath, huge closet with mirrored sliding doors, large cabinet with shelves and washer/dryer prep, large dresser, flat screen television, shower, sink, and enclosed toilet room. The kitchen features the upgraded Hickory Edition cabinet package with solid wood cabinetry, solid surface countertops, stainless double bowl undermount sink, pull out faucet, and tons of cabinet storage. There is self-contained air mattress hide bed sofa in the living room, 5k BTU electric fireplace, flat screen television, and lots of storage in the cabinets, which include coat closet. There are two 13,500 BTU ducted air conditioners and 35,000 btu furnace. There is ceiling fan with light, fantastic fan power vents with rain sensors, and fan vent in each bathroom, for total of powered vents, all covered with MaxAir II vent covers. The dining area features the free-standing dinette with chairs and extendable table top, all hardwood. All windows have pull down blinds for privacy. There is 1/2 bath in the rear with separate access doors from the rear living area and rear bunk room. The rear bunk room is absolutely huge, with two slide outs. There are dual upgraded air mattress hide bed sofas, one on each side, with flip up bunk on top of each sofa. This room is great for kids or as guest bedroom. It also has tons of cabinet storage and large flat screen tv. The exterior of this RV features high gloss gel coat fiberglass, painted front cap, and dark tint windows. There is huge pass through "basement" storage compartment up front with the industry standard "slam" baggage latches, and universal docking station which has the water hookup, dump tank handles, tank flush valve, satellite/phone hookups, winterization valves, hot/cold exterior shower, etc. all in one convenient location. This coach also has the Mor/ryde CRE/3000 suspension upgrade, so it tows nice and smooth down the road. It's the first camper we've had that all the cupboards actually stay closed while traveling, so you don't have mess to clean up once you arrive at your campsite. It also has Dexter easy lube hubs with aluminum 8-lug wheels. The service is 50 amp, and there are dual 30# LPG tanks. Propane/electric refrigerator and 10 gallon propane/electric hot water heater. There is another large storage area up front between the power jacks, and the rear stabilizer jacks are power as well. There is 19' power awning and exterior kitchen with sink and burner stove. This RV was over $67,000 new with the following added options: Hickory Edition Package, Glacier Package, Moving to Montana Package, Painted Front Cap, Power Vent Fan, King Bed, Free Standing Dinette, Electric Fireplace, 2nd 13,500 BTU Air Conditioner, and Air Mattress Hide Bed Sofas (X2). Again, this RV looks nearly new both inside and out, and the pictures just don't do it justice. There are absolutely no issues, wear and tear or damage. Everything is in excellent working condition and we will continue to use it until it sells. This unit is also stored inside for 6+ months out of the year for the winter. Rubber roof has been cleaned and treated annually.
