Here is one of kind Custom Tiny Camper! personally built this camper from the ground up! It has served my wife and for multiple nights under the stars. However, it's time to start another project and need the space! 
Now, I'll take you on tiny tour through the camper. To start, the door is secured with locking handle and deadbolt. (It is keyed to require only one key.) Inside, you'll see series of light switches and outlets. There is switch for the exterior "porch" lights and dimmer switch for the interior lights. (All the lights are LED and have 25 year life expectancy with normal use. The outlets and lights all function assuming that you have an extension chord plugged into the exterior inlet on the camper. It runs on standard 110 supply. The lights are LED so that you could also run this off of car battery without significantly affecting the charge. There is an outlet on both sides so that any two people could charge their phone, tablets, flashlight, etc. There is also quad outlet for small appliances such as toaster, hotplate, mini-fridge, etc. The flooring is one piece of vinyl that spans from side to side and front to back. This was put in place for easy clean up after muddy camping trip! You'll also notice window on each side of the camper. They both have screens that keep pesky bugs out while also letting you enjoy the cool night air! And yes, you can install window air conditioner if desired! (My wife and did.) While we're on the subject of cooling, this entire camper was insulated using mold resistant insulation. Floor, walls, and ceiling are all insulated throughout. This camper does not require much cooling or heating to oppose the elements. In fact, my wife and slept in this camper when it was just degrees outside. All we had was little infrared heater that ran few minutes every hour. Needless to say, this can be used year around. 
 As for the exterior... made sure this camper would never leak. It was framed out with plywood and then completely sealed using an aluminum flashing. FRP panels were glued to the exterior and fastened on all edges for tight seal! have used pressure washer to clean this all around and never had any moisture issues. It has also spent few nights in the elements. (Only while camping. It has always been garage kept otherwise.) There hasn't been single occasion where moisture became an issue! This unit was built to last! 
Specifications
It weighs in at 1750lbs. It's interior dimensions are approximately 4' in height, 5' 6" in width, and 6'10" in length. It was designed to fit queen size mattress with some extra space all around. It is single axle (obviously) that is rated for 2000 lbs. have taken this on the interstate multiple times with no issues at all. do have spare tire and an extra set of bearings that will come along with the camper. I've never had to change anything in that regard because everything was properly installed to begin with.  Regardless, it's still better to have spare! 
I also have quart of trim paint, ceiling paint, and the interior color for any touch ups that you may want to do. The bed and bedding in the photo will be included if you desire. 
Also, have the title in hand. And, had no trouble getting this insured for $7,000 after my insurance agent was able to inspect it!
