Excellent condition, well-maintained A-frame pop-up camper! High wall with 8' 4" center pop up height. Set up and fold down in minutes. Air conditioner/heat pump/furnace, hot water heater, inside shower, toilet, outside shower, freezer and refrigerator, water storage tank, oven and stove top, microwave, am/fm CD radio, hook ups for cable TV. 30 amp hook up.   No smokers, am the only one to use it...for the last year, No pets,  No Leaks, Everything Works..Have owners manual and original documents.. Have receipt from my purchase on 5/10/16 one year ago.. paid 10000.00...10800.00 with tax title and license

. only used few times...  life change is reason for selling....  but this is the way to camp...use RV sites, or camp in small campgrounds.... with no hookups..a/c needs electricity, but frig can use gas or electric. 

I have popped it up not unhooking trailer,  when in hurry to leave the next day. Just fold it up and you're on your way.   Or stay for week...  very versatile. Great in rain storms.  Very stable.  Very secure.  Door locks up tight...  Lots of storage. toilet and inside shower is nice....toilet flushes into holding tank. Pull the tank out and empty....used small tablets to put in tank that break down waste and eliminate smell. No going outside in the middle of the night!
