 2012 28ft Rockwood Ultralight 5th WheelWe are selling our 29 foot 2012 Rockwood Ultralight 5thWheel. The beginning price is $17,000. Manufactured by Forest River, this isthe Rockwood model 8285WS. It has double slides, one huge slide for the livingroom and one slide for the master bedroom over the hitch. The NADA blue bookvalue range is $16,200 to $19,500. This 5th wheel is definitely inexcellent shape. This floorplan is great for retired couple or familywith kids. The master bedroom queen bed and bathroom are on the upper levelover the hitch. There are two more beds in the rear living room area. Check outthe pictures of how the couch and the table in the living room convert into twobeds. The couch folds out into an inflatable mattress with build-in pump. Thetable folds down the cushions make the mattress. The main living space has huge window the width of theback wall, flat screen TV, DVD, and three zone stereo (zone one is the livingroom, zone two is bed room, and zone three is the exterior porch speakers).There is table booth, fold out couch, lazy boy brand recliner, and two stoolat the kitchen bar. With this setup you can have refrigerator, freezer, heater,running hot and cold water, toilet, stove, oven, stereo, fans and more for daysall WITHOUT electricity or water hookup. This RV opens up great campingopportunities very few people can experience with standard RV. It is alsogreat if you want to go to the races or tailgating with all the comforts ofhome. If you are at full hookup camp site everything works the same plus youget air conditioning.
