 We bought this new January 4, 2012 has been very well-maintained but haven't been using much for the past year we've changed over to boating. All new tires put on in 2015 we also purchased 84 month extended warranty when we bought the camper  which is transferable to new owner There is 21 months remaining on the warranty. We installed electric lift on the tongue. Battery was replaced in 2014. Will throw in the hitch and sway bars. There is also small gas grill that has stand assembly on the rear bumper and gas line hooks into the propane on the camper
