This camper is 40' with slides, air conditioning units, TV's, bunks, 1/2 bathrooms, and lot of storage. Remote for electric jacks, stabilizers, and awning. It has large water and holding tank capacity and is well insulated. The bunkhouse area has slide-outs, large slide in living/kitchen area, and the other is in the bedroom with Queen bed. All the specs are available on Jayco's website. This is one owner camper that has had very little use. It is non smoker, no pets, and we always would take our shoes off at the door mat. It has not been pulled over 2,200 miles and has always been in the shed when not camping until last year because the new building door was too low. It would be hard to find another camper of this model in this good of condition. We just do not use it enough to keep it. It is advertised locally so this listing could end anytime. If you do not have way to pull it yet, I can deliver it.
