This is medium-size, well-built travel trailer with an attractiveinterior.  It has clear title and is currentlyregistered in Texas.  Dry weight is about4600 lb.  It hauls smoothly and is ready for the road.  Allsystems are operational: heat, air conditioning, stove, hot water, shower,toilet, bathroom and kitchen sink, lights, TV, antenna, radio/CD, refrigerator,auxiliary water tank, etc.  No leaks.   You will note the price is discounted, for two reasons: 1)trailer has been modified, as shown, to provide extra space and storage for theextended-living comfort of single person. The queen bed sleeps two, but there is no other sleeping area.  2) The trailer does not have an awning.  This was sheared off when the trailer wassideswiped, which also caused the dent on the front left, also shown.
