                     Buying Travel trailer is really challenge .We don't want to pay the full retail price but we want something real nice,so we still have to pay big chunk of change as it is that way lately with anything and everything due to the increased cost of material and labor .So if you are looking to buy new trailer but don't like the price tag this is definitely for you .
The story with this trailer is very strange which makes you understand why it is very unique opportunity .
I purchased this RV from the bank who had the original owner default on it right after purchased new and obviously never got chance to use it since it is obvious when you look at the interior that still smells new and the sewer lines and bath tub and sink as well as the kitchen sink which never seem to have drop of water on ,or the microwave and stove or oven that don't even have dust in them .
Being used car dealer owner could not go wrong buying such nice unit at discounted price from the original retail price of 17450 to make the business some quick money if flipped it immediately but didn't have the heart to do that since it was that nice figured may be hanging on to it just in case some day make trip or two at least with it to get feel of camping as was always thinking about the camping world and the fun associated with it when taking long vacation .Unfortunately that did not happen due to parents illness and other challenging family needs .so it sat in the same spot lifted off the ground for the last years since never used it .Of course that did not make any business sense and the fact that my lot is small it really made it more difficult for me since it is just taking space .
I am now hoping that the new owner is going to be really willing to go camping not just thinking about it like me and am sure they are going to be the happy camper ever for getting new travel trailer for the price of used one . The only blemishes must mention are due to the weather factor meaning some spots of peal on the edges of the decal nothing major .No leaks no problems no cracks or dents of any kind related to use which tells you that the unit had only moved from the manufacture to the franchise dealer to the original owner then our lot that's all .Some photos show how nice and new is it underneath .If you have any question feel free to contact me and will be happy to answer it . The amount of the winning bid is the amount you are going to pay if you are the winning bidder so there will be no documents fee or any other hidden fees .The sales tax is an amount we collect only if you reside in Ohio or any of the other states that we are required to collect sales tax from otherwise the highest bid will be the total amount .With all that said if someone will pay the buy it now price will cover any and all additional costs including sales tax documents fee and temp tag fee excluding only the delivery charge .so if you are willing to pick it up this number will be the amount paid out the door .Temporary tag is only 18.50 in our state .We will be happy to deliver this travel trailer to your door step or campground of your choice after we agree on the additional cost of transport  if you do not have the means to move it with your own vehicle .
We can accommodate any transport service you choose to use and help them get the unit out of our lot efficiently with heads up notice even if it is on weekend or after hours weekdays or holidays .
I am very easy to work with and take pride of delivering well worth high quality product ,the proof is my feedback score that will speak up by itself about that .
I hope did not miss anything but if did please get it to my attention while strive to please every customer and make the effort to list everything possible there may be times where may have missed something unintentionally so please get it to my attention and will gladly go over it and describe it .I am sure the photos speak up for themselves but with all that said recommend you do your own diligence and if you wish to have local travel trailer dealer inspect if for you please be my guest and have someone contact me to schedule visit to my place and have it looked over for you .
The sale terms are as follow :
A two hundred and fifty dollars of the purchase price ,non refundable deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the auction ends ,and the balance in full within the next days .
If delivery is required delivery cost must be paid in full on the top of the purchase price prior to delivering the travel trailer .
Only cash is accepted if paying in person and taking immediate delivery otherwise, any check ,money order or cashier check must clear my financial institution prior to taking delivery .International buyers must contact us and coordinate the transaction prior to bidding please .
Keep in mind by bidding/making offers in this auction you are agreeing to the full terms of our sales policy .Your bid/offer is binding agreement that will need to be completed within the time frame allowed .You are bidding to purchase not to reserve an appointment to look .So any inspection must be made prior to making any offer  .After receiving full payment and if delivery is not required the buyer has 15 days to pick up the trailer.Any additional storage time will be billed at 10 dollars per day .We respect our business and look forward to be treated the same no exceptions .The reserve price will not be disclosed to anyone just to be fair with every other prospects .We consider it that way if someone else doesn't know why should you ?We know for sure this is going to be someone's heck of deal so don't hesitate to make it yours .
