This is great sized camper for growing family or as couples coach. Sleeps comfortably. This trailer can be used unfolded to sleep up to four people or with the expansion you can sleep or more. Fully self contained. As with any pre-owned unit, you should preform yearly maintenance when you first get it, such as sealing up the exterior to prevent leaks, topping off the tires, and flushing out the winterization. Aside from that this unit is ready to go. Condition overall is good, Furniture has lot of life left in the cushions. The left arm of the sofa seems to have been used most The dinette looks like it was hardly used. Typically these units had problems with the front expandable right at the hinge this one does NOT!! There is small ripple in the inside contact paper at the front left corner of the expandable but just cosmetic. There was leak at the AC unit at some point but this must have been fixed as it is not wet now and has been raining for days at the time of writing this. When you do the yearly maintenance of sealing the unit up when you first get it it will alleviate any potential problems here anyhow. One thing that will need addressed at some point is the tow doors neither side of the stereo They put gas shocks on the doors to keep them open but they were too string and twisted the doors. would just remove them and tighten the screws on the door .
