An amazing little trailer, home built by the first owner.  All receipts are still carefully packed in folder and will go with the trailer, including owner manuals.  The builder started with basic Interstate 6' 10 1/2' box trailer and then added all that he believed was needed to travel across the country, stopping where he pleased and camping in comfort.
The refrigerator and freezer work perfectly and operate on both electricity and gas.  A small gas heater will keep you toasty in the coldest temps and the three burner stove takes care of your cooking.  All burners work fine.  A new smoke and carbon monoxide detector has been recently installed.
There is huge amount of storage and bunk that doubles as seating and sleeping if you are less than 5' 7" tall.  I am 6' 0" and slept on the floor when sleeping outside was less than desirable.  The water supply consists of 5-gallon plastic container which sits on the counter, gets tied down tight and has spigot right over the sink.  Waste water is collected in carefully installed container under the sink and is emptied by removing and hand pouring.  This feature could be converted to include valve and outside release into an appropriate receiver.  For my purpose, the way it is set up worked perfectly.  With reasonable care, you will likely never filled the waste container in one-week camping trip.
If used as "base-camp", this little trailer would serve several hikers, hunters, campers or family gatherings presuming you like the outdoors as much as do.  It will provide food storage, personal item security, food preparation, cold drinks an emergency roof (in an unexpected storm) and generally heighten the comfort of any trek, hike, camp trip or other outdoor sporting activity.
For our purpose, it served to carry my art to shows and then provided place to "hide out", make cup of coffee or finish the day with cool glass of wine.
Between shows, it would occasionally serve as center for various activities.  With cold beer, hot coffee and steaks ready for the bar-b-que, it was near perfect, small, easy towing solution for variety of events.  It would be handy, at almost any type of sporting event and double as tailgate party center.
At the price, doubt one could find anything as well built, well maintained and easy to tow as this little trailer.
The tires are all new (including the spare), the two propane tanks are full and the battery is in good condition.  It is large, deep-cycle item with years of service likely left to go.
The pictures should tell you the rest of the story, however, if you are serious buyer and if you would care to see any close-up or more detailed photos, will provide them for you.  Just ask and specify what part(s) of the trailer you are interested in seeing in more detail.
I hold clear title and it is registered currently in California.  Our location is approximately half way between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe for calculating your drive to collect this beauty once you win it.  I really hate to let this trailer go, but the future holds several unknowns and "less" is better than "more" when it comes to "stuff" if move is coming up and it well may be.
Thank you for looking, ask any questions, bid with confidence, believing that you will not be disappointed.  I bought it from an honest and well written eBay listing and have never looked back.  I trust that you will have the same good feeling if you win this trailer.  Best of luck!On Jun-30-17 at 18:13:16 PDT, seller added the following information:Several people have asked about the trailer weight.  I wish could give them and all of my viewers specific number.  However, just now looked up the unladen weight of similar Interstate trailers now available from their dealers and they run about 1,400 lbs empty.  I have every reason to believe that my estimate of just under 2,000 lbs is still about spot on.  Think about all that you see in the photos cabinets, refrigerator, heater, bench, windows, gas canisters, roof vent and it is easy to guestimate that about 500 to 600 pounds of added stuff has gone into this build.  So, am sticking with my estimate of "around" 2,000 lbs.  It simply is not worth the effort to take it out to get specific weight.  You need to be able to tow that much plus all your gear that you may wish to put in there for any event you might choose.  I have no doubt that have exceeded the suggested gross vehicle weight few times and it performed flawlessly.  Interstate is renowned maker of fine trailers.  Check their web side to learn more.
