Nice and Comfortable 36 foot Fifth Wheel/Gooseneck 2003 KZ36 Sportsmen Toy Hauler, slides and 10 foot diamond plate separate garage.
Everything works great. Sleeps 6.
Never lived in, gently used and no pets,  just had the carpet steam cleaned, non-smoking RV, Central Vac, cold AC, new anti-skid threads on ramp, new bedding in master, slide-out tracks serviced, new wallpaper border.
Garage is 10 feet deep by 90.5" wide with enclosed screen room. Great tires. All MAX-AIR vents.
All set up and wired for generator.
Electric front jacks.

Set up for Gooseneck hitch with adjustable height positions.

Some dents under belly behind rear tires caused by blowouts, nothing but cosmetic. Hard to see on photos.
