This is 2002 Glendale Titanium fifth wheel camper with slide outs in the kitchen living room area.  The camper sleeps 4; in the queen bedroom and on the pull out heavy duty futon style couch.  There are also leather recliner chairs in the living room area.  Two TV's, one in living room, one in bedroom.  Kitchen has island with dinette that sits 4.  Refrigerator is gas and electric as is the water heater.  There is one A/C Unit but it keeps the whole camper cool.  Gas heat.  2 new propane tanks, New battery charger.  1 full bath.  Brand New 19 foot awning.  No leaks in the roof.  Outside speakers.  Stereo with CD player.  Almost New Queen residential mattress.  Tires only years old with over 75% tread remaining.
This is really nice camper, we are only selling because we are upgrading to one that sleeps more people.  If you are new to camping, want to try it out, or just looking for the perfect used camper; this is the one for you.
