The rear door cab open manually or by power. winch was added to open and close the door by power, it is mounted under the bed in the garage. The garage is 92" wide inside wall to wall and 14'5" long to where the door to the kitchen is. It is 69" tall under the bunk area, 1/4 of the bed flips up for more space and has ladder to get to the bed. The dual sofas flip up to the wall for more space, when flipped up they are 75" wide between them. It also has removable table. The winch is super winch 2000, 2000 lb. capacity and has remote hooked to battery in the garage. This is not factory and was added after. The garage also has ceiling fan and light and has cur out above the doorway for the A/C to blow into the garage. The kitchen is the center of the camper and has burner stove/oven combo with vent system, microwave, dometic refrigerator, sink, furnace, water pump and tank monitor switches. It has another door with mirror to the bathroom. The bathroom has the vanity with mirror and lights, toilet and stand up shower with curtain. Up stairs is the master bedroom, it has the bed with mattress, dual closets, dual windows, accordian door and TV stand. The bedroom floor to ceiling is 55" tan, most adults will have to duck in the bedroom area standing up. The trailer has scuffs, scratches and average wear and tear from the last 17 years inside and out. We did our best to clean it up, overall it is in pretty good condition but not anywhere near new. It is perfect for someone looking for an affordable toy hauler, the power door is nice feature since the door is solid heavy door. The generator is another great feature. The structure is very good, looks like in the garage corner ceiling has some ripples may have had leak at one time, it has been sealed since.
