I tested the A/C, Stove, 12v and 110 lights. Everything worked except one light, that is probably just light bulb. The tires are in very good condition. The exterior and the roof are good. Fabric is good and no foul odors such as pets or smoking. Floors are solid, new tile has been put down in the living area, they did pretty decent job. Over all this is nice camper that you could go camping in right away.   As with any used RV suggest  you perform your usual yearly maintenance of sealing up the unit with caulk. This way you know that its nice and water tight for you to start your camping adventures with.   As with most of my eBay auctions, go to great lengths to describe accurately the items am listing, and point out any issues it may have. This item is being sold As-Is and not available to MD bidders.
