Dual axle, new tires, freshly greased bearings, electric brakes, new rubber roof, locking cabinets, fridge, microwave, sink, toilet, outside shower, water heater, two awnings, newer ac, fuse box, bed, propane tanks, etc
Comes with extras not installed outside speakers, rv cabinets and bathroom hardware, tv and DVD from an rv (not sure if they work), wood to repair bad spots, rv twin mattress, rv Recliner sofa that folds into bed. Do alittle work and make it your own
90% of roof new. Not ends New rubber roofNew class tires Rated at over 1800 lbs each
This trailer needs little cosmetic work or use as is
Needs small patches of floor replaced by back door and rear header.  Wood to fix included
Pulled up vinyl floor so can see all wood
Just got it on trade ... winterized ... did not verify that everything works (other than lights work on trailer) loads of potential if do little work or use as is
