1994 Dutchmen 850sb Popup Camper. New Paint and outlet covers and access hatches last summer. Roof redone years ago. New tires last summer. Great shape for its age. Title not needed in Wisconsin under 1500 lbs. Sold on Bill of Sale only. As is, no warranty expressed or implied. Omni-directional HDTV antenna on roof. On Mar-21-17 at 15:10:18 PDT, seller added the following information:A little history about this Camper: Purchased used about years ago. The sides, front and back of roof had rotted and the lift supports had pulled out of the wood and it couldn't be raised or lowered. After purchased it the rotted plywood was carefully removed from the sides, front and rear of roof. The front and rear were replaced with solid pressure treated wood. The sides are solid wood. The sides were covered with aluminum trim coil like the original. New roof latches were installed. This roof will last forever now with proper care. added heavy duty eye bolts to the corner of the roof for tie downs in windy situations. (45 mph winds in South Dakota made for long bouncy night once). Last summer all the trim around the outside of the camper was replaced (because it had dried out and cracked) with factory original trim. All seams were re-caulked last spring. dual propane setup was added in the front with an automatic changeover valve. All marker lights and tail lights are LEDs now. The interior lights have LED bulbs now. installed car stereo and antenna that work great. The previous owner installed self-adhesive wood look vinyl flooring that looks modern and new. The floor and all sides are solid. The lift cables were replaced years ago at Hannah RV in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The furnace was serviced about years ago and works great. added digital thermostat at lower location that evens the heat throughout (no more sleeping like rotisserie on cold nights). The only work this will need is new zipper pull on one of the canvas panels (functional without it), and new battery. This camper has served me well and provided many great memories but have motorhome now and its time to let someone else enjoy it as much as have. On Mar-21-17 at 15:20:10 PDT, seller added the following information:This auction will also include screened porch room that have never used but it buttons and velcros to the side of the camper and attaches to the awning.
