Here for sale, 1989 Road Ranger 19.9 footer we call the Pee Wee. It is well located mile north of Ensenada,Mex in gated park couple hundred feet from the beach and right above the Hotel Coral and Marina. The trailer is in amazing condition for being almost 30 years old. It was modified to include real toilet, an electric Magic Chef refrigerator and new 20 gallon Rheem hot water heater. It was also slightly modified to eliminate couch to include full sized bed and the dinette set to include couch/bed. (These latter modifications can be easily reversed.). The mattresses are new high density 6" foam. Trailer also comes with new Samsung television (currently with DirectTv service). Tires are new. Lot rent is $310 per month (or less if can rent it for weekends on occasion).
