bought this 5th wheel trailer from an auction years ago for my daughter to stay in. She decided not to use it so its been sitting. When bought it, it needed some work. sealed the roof and replaced the missing vent over the fridge and the bed area. repaired the floor and installed new carpet. repaired the rear interior wall with new paneling. I replaced the locks on the door and compartments, since had no keys. sealed all the windows. installed new tail lights and repaired the running lights. I have not hooked the water hose up to it to check the plumbing. There is some water damage to the ceiling panels in the bed area. fastened wood strip over the seam, but it could use some paint. have it plugged in to the power and the fridge is cold and the AC works. believe after all the repairs that did, this is pretty good trailer for its year.
