Put in the water proof flooring.
New cushions all around.
Max fan with remote.
Everything works as it should.
It does have leak around the max fan. Minor repair but no time. The over vent will need new cover. Easy fix again no time.
Has ele brakes but didn't use them because it only weights 2500 lbs. easy tow. The value will only go up on an Boler. Google it if you have no clue about Bolers.
Clean title in hand.
I will be posting this on eBay for fix price of 6500 but will sell local first.
