Newly renovated (home built) 1974 Cardinal Deluxe travel trailer. We stripped this down to the frame, and rebuilt the entire thing new. The only things reused on this trailer are the windows and the frame. Total length is 14.5' long 8' wide(tongue to rear bumper), weight is approximately 2200lbs, single axle (our 2012 grand Cherokee pulls it no problem). This trailer truly is head turner wherever you go!!
All new aluminum around the entire trailer, new tires and wheels (lees than 1,000 miles on them), repacked bearings less than thousand miles ago (June 2016), every single piece of the wood frame is brand new, brand new port potty toilet, electrical system has deep cycle batteries with power inverter, power converter, shore power inlet, all new wiring, outlets and one central LED light. Custom made cushions that can be unzipped and washed, u-shaped dinette converts to bed (almost the size of king). Separate bathroom are with port-a-potty, plenty of counter space with small sink, electric fireplace and mini fridge. Everything is in perfect working order!!!! 
Things to be done: Still needs to be registered, so bill of sale only. small window panes need to be replaced on the jalouise windows, but all are in working order. Could use drip caps over windows and door, but other than that, this thing is ready to roll and be camped in right away.
We absolutely love this trailer as we have put great deal of blood sweat and tears into it, but we no longer have place to keep it so we need to sell.
